These borders can be geographical, generic, temporal, political, theological, or cultural and crossing them can lead to transgression or definition. The exchange and transfer between old and new forms, thoughts, ideologies and imaginations intensify as borders shift and converge.

蔡英文：竭盡所能解決課綱問題

民進黨今天(3號)再度針對課綱爭議發表民調，結果有超過七成民眾支持召開立法院臨時會，民進黨主席蔡英文表示，現在最重要的是解決問題，讓學生回到家庭，回到學校，她呼籲國民黨「走進立法院」，其他問題可以拿出最大誠意協商，現在要先「竭盡所能」解決問題（繆宇綸報導）

根據轉述，蔡英文強調，民進黨的目的是要解決問題，希望學生們在最短時間內回到家庭，回到學校，她因此主張立即召開立院臨時會，將正常程序導入民主體制，不要做無謂的政治對抗，請國民黨走入立法院，解決問題。針對身兼新北市長的國民黨主席朱立倫表示，他「個人贊成臨時會」，國民黨並不排斥，但要一併討論民生法案，蔡英文認為，當前朝野有兩項重要責任，首先就是要把課綱爭議解決，讓學生們回家；其次，在爭議解決後，要確保課綱不會再成為政治爭議，她主張透過立法，將課綱制定程序法制化，確保過程公開透明，以及民間參與的權利，也確保內容包容多元，回歸專業。

蔡英文表示，她樂見朱立倫贊成開臨時會的態度，也希望能成為國民黨團的態度；如果走進立法院，重點就是解決課綱問題，其他問題她會要求黨團拿出最大誠意和彈性進行協商，「竭盡所能」解決爭議。

此外，民進黨二度針對課綱爭議進行民調，近四成五認為沒有必要微調，六成認為教育部應該撤回，七成一贊成召開臨時會，有近七成五民眾對政府處理課綱爭議不滿意。
